Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If your order is canceled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel your order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days of product delivery.
Notes
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return within 14 days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to pay the shipping fee for this reason.
Consumers are not charged any fee for returning the product;

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that it has been received. We will also notify you when your return is approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within a few days and the funds will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or no refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
