Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frames we offer above. However, the above time period is only approximate and may vary from case to case. Some items/orders may require longer shipping and/or delivery time frames.
International Orders: It may take additional days if orders need to go through customs. We have no control over the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays due to this.
When your order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email address so you can track your parcel all the way home.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link so you can track your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
If you are trying to track your package and there is no information, it means that the carrier has not processed your package yet. Once the package has been scanned into the system, tracking events will be displayed on the tracking page.
If this is beyond your estimated arrival date, please contact us and we can take care of this for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout as we are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the carrier after it has left our warehouse and request that your shipment be forwarded or redirected, we are not responsible if your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged.
