1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, having an account comes with certain privileges:

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery
3. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your holiday address as we do not know how long customs at destination will hold your shipment.
4. How long does shipping take and how can I track my parcel?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your shipment number and a website where you can track your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
5. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
